Truly understand Living in the Moment now

Posted on January 30, 2023September 27, 2023 by careyourpresent

Most Powerful way to Live in the Moment

Does anyone remember my past post on how to generate the most powerful way to Live in the Moment?

Most Powerful Way to Live in the Moment

In this article, I shared that the most powerful way is to imagine…

Imagine, you are living your life as per normal today – 7am wake up, say bye to your loved ones, go to work and be home 8pm. Hence, you do live your usual rat race life to grow wealth and get your beloved monthly paycheck.

Suddenly this happens…

Hospital: Created using https://creator.nightcafe.studio/

You found yourself woke up in the hospital, the doctor told you that you only have few hours left to live because you met a car accident on your way home today and you are seriously wounded.

Basically, in short is to imagine the end of your life NOW and what makes your regrets. Then take action to change yourself and live for the better today.

However, how many truly understand this?

Truly Understand Live in the Moment

When I wrote that article, I also thought I have truly understood what is meant by living in the Moment, don’t regret past or worry about future etc. But I am totally wrong.

“You are so anxious about the future that you do not enjoy the present. You therefore do not live in the present or the future. You live as if you are never going to die, and then die having never really lived.”

Dalai Lama

In my past life, I was worried about whether I have enough money to take care of kids, parents, own living expenses, whether my life, work, investment plans work or not; regretting if I have made any wrong choices in the past, be it work, investment etc. Every day of course, I reminded myself to Care and live in my present.

Most of the time I did treasure my present on the outside, but inside being a high S person (DISC profiling), I am a constant worrier. After being present in the moment for a while, I would drift away to plan for the future. My guess many people also fall in this category – you know the theory, the rules of life, what’s important in the life, but to truly embrace it, not everyone can do it.

What lead to this change?

In my current life, I am different now. I truly embrace and understand living in the moment, caring your present (which what this blog is about).

I was too focusing on the tools (how to improve productivity, grow income/wealth, plan for future etc) to achieve the ultimate goal of living a fulfilling life on daily basis instead of the ultimate goal itself.

What lead to this change?

Sadly, it is something irreversible – my beloved mum passed away 1+ weeks ago. Time really don’t have reset button.

Like many people, I became a weekend son after marriage. I visited my parents every weekend while weekdays hustling with 9 to 5. On the weekend one week before my mum went into the hospital for the last time, I was emoing (worry about future, regretting about some past decisions etc), hence I decided to “take a break” and don’t visit their house for one week. Since I visited them every weekend, one week don’t visit doesn’t matter. right?

However, sadly I was wrong. That was the last weekend I can visit and talked to my mum while she is conscious. The next time I saw her after that week was in hospital where she was highly unconsciously, eyes closed, blood pressure/heart rates keep dropping etc. I tried talked to her, but she can only shake head without opening her eyes – she seems to understand what I said but cannot react to it meaningfully.

The next day afternoon, she was gone suddenly. No pulse, no heart rate, just lying there cold. I was devastated, and don’t know what to do, cannot believe this fact.

Please live a Fulfilling Life Everyday Every Moment

We always thought we have more time with our old parents, but we are wrong. Time with them is ticking away every day. One day it will suddenly be gone. There is no regret medicine, no reset in time. Gone is gone and cannot come back. No matter you are billionaires or millionaires, you cannot reset this.

We always thought that we have more time with our spouse every day, but we are wrong. One day they will be gone too. When you read this, please go tell your spouse that you love him/her and he or she is the best thing that you ever had in your life.

We always thought that we have more time to play with your kids while they are growing up every day very fast. With a blink of an eye while you are busy hustling away 9 to 5, trying to earn more and more money (maybe you already have enough, but you keep thinking you don’t. Read this post: You will likely never run out of money with 1 million: Expectation vs Reality), they are already so big. They no longer want to play with you. They want to go out with friends. By then no matter how rich you are, 10 millions/10 billions, they still rather go out with friends. You missed it means missed it. There is no reset button.

Twitter Posts

Let me share a few tweets that I have posted these few weeks after my mum passed away. I used to be posting a lot to share my views but didn’t for these 1.5 weeks after my mum passed away. Hope you get what I want to send through to anyone reading this in this world.

The only thing that you cannot reset in this world is time.

Treasure every moment of your life.

Live in present.

Don't regret past.

Don't worry future.

Build your bullets and skills and mind yo achieve the above.

It's hard.

But it will be the most worthy thing in life.

— Edmond | Careyourpresent (@careyourpresent) January 28, 2023

I am wrong in the post below.

Imagine your death bed is not the most powerful way.

The most powerful way is to experience the death of your loved one – which I did on 19 Jan 2023 before CNY.

Hope everyone learns to live in moment before it's too late.https://t.co/25mMVdJ8oV

— Edmond | Careyourpresent (@careyourpresent) January 24, 2023

Once life stops, whatever you have (money, social status, assets etc) doesn't matter anymore.

Thus, before life stops, make full use of your everyday before it is too late.

Save Time, Earn more, live life.

— Edmond | Careyourpresent (@careyourpresent) January 24, 2023

Life has no reset button. Time is the most precious, not money

But say is easy, do is difficult.

It's real-life experience that will make you change your perspective about time

I just lost my love one few days ago

Now I truly understand that time loss can never come back

— Edmond | Careyourpresent (@careyourpresent) January 22, 2023

You only live once.

Once you have enough money, please choose your life instead of more money.

So that no regrets

Move on and Living Fulfilling Life Everyday

I have moved on and now is living a fulfilling live every day.

  • Wake up everyday and believe/will achieve that today will be a beautiful day
  • Grateful every day on what I already have – spouse, kids, life, health, some money which is enough to sustain family for a long long time
  • Grateful that I am alive and healthy and can do what I want
  • Living in present every moment, never regret past or worry too much about future
  • Understand life and time has no reset button – the greatest asset that one will have in life and is depleting every second. Time is ticking away…
  • I will spend every moment to live a life that I want, not a life that society wants me to be
  • Living a fulfilling life for every second of my life whenever possible

I truly hope that anyone that has read this article please think and reflect on your life before it is too late. Always aim to live a fulfilling life/a life that you truly believe to live for. Focus on the end goal not the tools (wealth, work, money, increase productivity, every second must work to be productive etc). Of course, these tools are important, but they are not the end goal.

Really, days are long, but years are short. Time has no reset button. You will never know if you never wake up tomorrow. (If you visit cemetery, there are people who died very young if you observe carefully, 40+, 30+, 20+ 10+ or even a baby). Don’t regret or worry too much about future.

Most important, please live in moment and Care Your Present.

Good articles that you should read!

People are drawn to dividend investing.

Why? Firstly, dividends provide a regular stream of income, allowing investors to receive a portion of the company’s profits on a periodic basis. This can be particularly attractive for individuals seeking consistent cash flow or looking to supplement their existing income. Additionally, dividend investing is often viewed as a more stable and predictable investment strategy compared to relying solely on capital appreciation.

Money just buy you the chance of freedom.

Your kids grew up and they no longer need you to accompany them. They no longer want to sit on your lap to share/do things with you…all these time you spent in your 9 to 6 or even longer cubicles…can the money that you have earned by you back these?

SAVERs – Best Options to maximise your interests

Posted on January 30, 2023September 27, 2023 by careyourpresent

Interest rates are going down

The short-term interest rates are coming down…banks fixed deposits, Tbills, SSBs are coming down. Currently today is near the end of January 2023, likely banks will announce new fixed deposits rate soon. Quite likely it will be same or slightly lower for a while.

Of course, you if are a saver, most likely you would like to put your money in the safest options that you can ever find in the current market. For many, this would mean the three local banks – DBS, UOB, OCBC or Treasury Bills/Singapore Saving Bonds by MAS.

SDIC Insurance

Please take note of the 75k SDIC insurance that we have. Spread your risks across different banks. For those who are unsure how this SDIC insurance works, do read here.

In the event a Deposit Insurance (DI) Scheme member bank or finance company fails, all of your insured deposits with that member are aggregated and insured up to S$75,000 by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation Limited (SDIC). Insured deposits held in trust and client accounts held by non-bank depositors are insured up to S$75,000 per account.

In short, your deposits are insured up to S$75,000 per bank/finance company. If you hold a joint account with your spouse, your deposits are insured up to S$150,000 in total (S$75,000 each, assuming each of you don’t hold other deposits with the same bank/finance company).

For example:

Money in your Personal Account with Bank A: $20k.

Money in your Joint account with Spouse with Bank A: $120k.

Amount not insured by SDIC under your name = ($20K + $120K/2) – $75K = $5K

Amount insured by SDIC under your name = $75K (since max is $75K)

Amount insured by SDIC under your spouse’s name = $120K/2 = $60K

Keep things short, for savers, these are few options which you can consider now.

DBS Fixed Deposit 5 Months Promotion

I have received a notification about this promotion with DBS Fixed Deposit when I logged in to my internet banking few days ago:

3.9% p.a. 5 months fixed deposit promotion for a minimum of $20,000 placed.

Promo code: SR5A.

However, this might be for targeted customers of DBS only. Whatever the case is, no harm to try if you are keen? Simply login to your internet banking and submit to apply for it!

Personally, I have quickly applied in case the promotion code run out!

OCBC 4.08% Fixed Deposit Promotion

8 Month Fixed Deposit at 4.08% for OCBC 360 Customers. Don’t miss it! The caveat is you will need to have OCBC 360 accounts in the first place.

https://www.ocbc.com/personal-banking/deposits/fixed-deposit-account

CIMB Fixed Deposits

With 10k minimum, the rate is 3.95% for 6 months, 4.05% for 9 months and 4.15% for 12/18 Months.

For those who think that the interest rate will starts to go down from here, it would be good for you to lock some funds (remember SDIC insurance is 75k) for the 12/18 Months.

This promotion is only until 31 January 2023 (today and tomorrow!).

My guess is the rate will drip from 1 Feb 2023 onwards, do consider locking up some funds that you may be planning to use in 6/12/18 months from now.

While stock last!

https://www.cimb.com.sg/en/personal/banking-with-us/accounts/fixed-deposit/cimb-sgd-fixed-deposit-account.html

Other Options

There are some savers who don’t like to lock up their funds but still like to get high interest rate. Options for this kind of accounts would be using Money Market Funds. There are many companies that offer this – MoneyOwl WiseSaver, FSM Autosweep, Poems Money Market Funds, Tigers’ Broker Cash Plus, Moomoo Cash Plus etc.

Of course, Singapore Saving Bond is another option, but the current 10 years rate is 2.97% and need 1 month to take out. For those who want to lock up their money for longer term with 1 month liquidity, this is a very good option. Personally, I have put in my emergency funds into Singapore Saving Bonds and built a bond ladder using these.

Personally, for Money Market Funds which give high interest rate with few days liquidity, I have Trust Issue and prefer local companies to hold my funds that I indicate to allocate under “Fixed Income”. Hence, I am only using MoneyOwl WiseSaver, FSM Autosweep and Poems Money Market Funds. Out of these three, I would recommend using MoneyOwl WiseSaver for higher rate of around 4% for savers who like high interest and high liquidity.

For regular DIY investor, I would recommend FSM Autosweep as we can use it to buy equities anytime.

MoneyOwl WiseSaver

MoneyOwl Wisesaver is investing in Fullerton SGD Cash Fund – Class A (SGD) which invested mainly in SGD Fixed Deposit and backed by Temasek. MoneyOwl itself is under NTUC income. It is as safe as you can get!

The latest rate is around 4.01%. This is liquid and you can take out anytime.

https://www.moneyowl.com.sg/wisesaver/

Insure, invest, or do a financial planning with MoneyOwl and get welcome Grab credits when you join using my referral link/code. You can use my referral link (or key in 6SHU-93MC) to get free $20-$60 Grab Vouchers when you invest with them.

To earn the first free $20, simply sign up for WiseSaver which the underlying fund is Fullerton Cash Fund – invested in rolling SGD Fixed Deposit and backed by Temasek. Then put in minimum $10 via FAST transfer to fund this account to earn full liquid ~4% yield. Since free money and risk free, why not?

Conclusion

For those with idling funds and would like to get higher returns, please consider the options above to make your funds work harder.

Art of Time – Past, Present and Future

Posted on January 26, 2023September 27, 2023 by careyourpresent

Past VS Future VS Now

The past is the past and it’s gone. The future is unknown and it’s not here yet. The only time we have is right now, so let’s live in the present moment!

Enjoy the present moment

If you want to live in the present, you must learn how to enjoy it.

You can’t enjoy the present if you are worrying about the past and/or future.

You can’t enjoy the present if you’re worried about what others think of you.

You can’t enjoy the present if you’re worried about your mistakes or failures or successes, etc…

Have faith in a better tomorrow

When people say that they don’t think about the future because it’s too far away, I can understand where those feelings come from. In my life, the future has always been a mystery: when I was young and lived with my parents, the far-off future meant what would happen in college or after that. When I had to rely on myself as an adult, it became even more difficult to predict what was on the other side of an upcoming milestone or event—I’d get stuck thinking about how things could go wrong rather than preparing for them to go right!

But regardless of whether we’re talking about small moments like your commute home from work or larger ones like retirement plans and vacations abroad (or maybe even something as abstract as “what will happen” when you die), there’s one thing we can all do: believe that our lives will be better tomorrow than they are today. Even if we’re not sure how this might happen; even if we aren’t sure at all…our hope is still there!

Do not compromise with the present

  • Do not compromise with the present.
  • Live in the moment, be aware of your surroundings, body and thoughts.
  • Be aware of how you feel inside as well as outside your body – this is what is called “being in touch with yourself”
  • If it’s causing any pain or discomfort then you have a problem to deal with head on so that you can move forward without being scared about the future because nothing was dealt with properly when it happened originally

Do not go around in circles

Life is a gift and it should be lived. It’s your life and you can do whatever you want with it. You can choose to live in the past or future, but if you live in these things, then which one is true? If I say that “you” are someone else and that person is dead and gone, then how do we know if this is true or not? If there was an accident on the road, would you really have died if I had stopped my car from swerving off course? If someone comes up with a device that stops time travel from happening because it could cause harm (and chances are high for causing harm), then what about all of those who already traveled through time before said device was invented? Would they still be alive now after having gone back into their own time periods during their lives as others but when they died before this invention came out?

If something happens today between two people who love each other very much so much that one dies at some point in time due to nature’s wraths like hurricanes etc., would they really die forever off course just because of what happened between them years ago during childhood where both were best friends until one decided otherwise due to finding another who they thought was better than their first friend…?

Dont live in past

The past is history and the future a mystery. But today, only today, is the present. That’s why it’s called the present.

The present is all you have to live for because you can’t change what happened yesterday or what might happen tomorrow. No matter how hard you try to relive the past and plan for an uncertain future, your efforts are wasted on what was and what may be. The only thing that truly matters is being here now—today—because this moment is all we have available to us at any given time in our lives.

If we invest our time trying to live in another time or place other than now, then we’ll never get anywhere because we’re stuck focusing on things that don’t exist anymore!

Dont live in future

  • Live in present.
  • Enjoy the present moment.
  • Have faith in a better tomorrow, but don’t compromise with the present because if you are not living right today, then you cannot have a good future.
  • Don’t go around in circles (worrying about the future and regretting the past)

Don’t worry about the future and don’t regret the past

You can’t predict the future, but you can plan for it.

Planning your future is not a waste of time. It allows you to set realistic goals and make plans to achieve them.

However, if you spend too much time worrying about things that haven’t happened yet then it can be distracting from what is happening now!

The past is another thing we don’t have control over so it makes no sense to regret it or wallow in self pity because things didn’t go exactly as planned.

Live for now

You can’t live in the past or future, so you only have the present to live in. You can’t be here and there at the same time. Choose one: either you are here or there, but not both.

If you’re thinking about what went wrong yesterday, it’s too late to change it—you should have done that yesterday! If you’re thinking about what will happen tomorrow, it may never come—you should focus on today and enjoy every second of your life!

Conclusion

It is very important to live in the present moment, because life is too short to worry about the future or regretting your past. So, savor every moment of your life and make it worthwhile by doing something new every day. If you want to be successful in your future, then start taking steps towards it today!

How to do Fundamental Analysis of Cryptocurrency

Posted on January 24, 2023September 27, 2023 by careyourpresent

What is Fundamental analysis of cryptocurrencies?

Fundamental analysis of cryptocurrencies is different than analyzing stocks. Fundamental analysis takes into consideration all the aspects of a coin and its project, from its team to the technology being used. It’s not just about price movements but it also includes things like community engagement and real world use case for a particular cryptocurrency project. In this article we will go over how you can do fundamental analysis of your favorite cryptocurrency or ICO before sending any money into their crowdsale!

Read the Whitepaper

A whitepaper is a document that describes the key elements of a cryptocurrency. The main focus of the document is to provide you with an overview of the project and its goals. It also contains details about how this cryptocurrency works, what it does for users, why it’s different from other cryptocurrencies on the market and so on.

You should read whitepapers carefully because they can help you understand more about an ICO or token sale before investing in them (if you decide to do so). In other words: reading this type of content will give you insights into what makes Cryptocurrencies tick!

Analyzing the founder Team

The founder team of a cryptocurrency is one of its most important aspects, as it affects how a coin will perform in the long run. If you’re interested in buying a new cryptocurrency, you should first look at its founder team and see if they have experience in this field. You can also check their social media presence and reputation as many people like to follow well-known personalities who do good work for society.

You can also check out their network by searching for their LinkedIn profiles or even looking at their GitHub repositories if available. This way you can get an idea about who these people are and where they come from before investing your money into something that could potentially fail miserably due to lack of knowledge on how things work with cryptocurrencies!

Analyzing the Venture Capitalist

Venture capitalists (VCs) are interested in long-term value. They will be looking for a high potential for growth and well-funded projects, with a team that can execute on their vision. In other words, VCs want to see a project that has what it takes to succeed in the future so they can invest their money into it and make money from their investment as well. Of course some VCs also failed badly in 2021. Hence please do you own due diligence.

Analyzing the Roadmap

The roadmap is a detailed plan of the future of a company. It’s important to update it regularly and keep it realistic, achievable and with a timeline that you can meet in your business. It should also include an estimated budget for each stage of development.

The roadmap should include:

  • A clear vision for where the founder team want to go in the future (e.g., “We will build an app that makes buying cryptocurrencies easier”)
  • A focus on what needs improvement before moving onto something new (e.g., “Our current app has lots of bugs so we need more time.”)

Assessing the Utility of the coin – real world use case

Now that you’ve identified a coin, it’s time to assess the utility of this coin. What is its real world use case? How does it work? Is there a real world application for this coin?

This is where fundamental analysis comes in handy. Fundamental analysis looks at intrinsic value (the price) versus extrinsic value (the purpose of the coin). This can be done by comparing two similar coins or analyzing how well they fit into the ecosystem as a whole. If your crypto has no intrinsic value, then it might not be worth investing in because you won’t see any return on your investment if there are better alternatives out there with better potential returns and less risk involved.

Analyzing Community size and engagement

You can also use this data to determine the overall community size and engagement. For example, if you look at the number of followers on social media and find that there are a lot of people who are talking about cryptocurrency, then it is likely that there would be a healthy community with many developers working on projects. The same goes for developers using their coins as well as users trying out new features or applications built on top of them.

Assessing the Technology

Assessing the technology behind a project is one of the most important factors in fundamental analysis.

The blockchain is an open, distributed ledger that can record transactions between two parties efficiently and in a verifiable and permanent way.

The technology behind a crypto coin is the blockchain, which is a ledger that records every transaction. Transactions are grouped into blocks, which are linked together in a chain. Each block contains information about the previous block, as well as all the transactions made on the network since its creation.

Bitcoin, Ethereum and other cryptocurrencies use Proof of Work (PoW) as a consensus mechanism where miners solve complex mathematical problems to validate transactions in the blockchain. This requires significant computing power and energy to perform but miners receive new coins for their work.

For whatever coin that you are interested it, do look at the technology behind it.

Analyzing the Tokenomics

Tokenomics is the most basic foundation of every project. It simply means Token + Economics which is the understanding of the supply and demand characteristics of cryptocurrency. These are some of the key things that you should look at before investing:

Supply Metrics

How many of these tokens exist right now? How many will ever exist? How quickly are new ones being released? Some terms to learn below:

  • Maximum Supply – A hard cap on the total number of coins.
  • Disinflationary Or Inflationary – this where you get your high APY from for some inflationary projects.
  • Circulating Supply – The total number of coins in circulation now.
  • Fully Diluted Market Capitalization – The maximum supply multiplied by current price.

Distribution schedule

Distribution schedule tells you what the currently circulating supply is and the rate at which coins are being created. Distribution takes into consideration how coins are spread among addresses (especially the core team which can have a big influence on value of the token.

A vesting period is a time when a token can’t be sold by the investor or team. It is important to understand how tokens are unlocked. Sometimes high APY may not be good if the core team has no vested interest.

One good place which you can do a good initial research will be https://messari.io/

Analyzing cryptocurrency is different than analyzing stocks

If you’re looking to invest in cryptocurrencies, it’s important to understand the differences between them and stocks. While there are some similarities, they are still distinct assets that have different goals, uses and risks involved.

The first thing you should know about investing in cryptocurrency is that it’s a new asset class—a type of investment that doesn’t exist yet! It’s also not regulated by the SEC like stocks or bonds are; instead, cryptocurrencies operate on their own rules set by their developers (or miners). This means they can change over time without anyone’s approval or input from outside parties like regulators or investors who might want them to stay as-is forevermore—but more on this later…

Cryptocurrencies aren’t backed by real world assets like gold or silver either! Instead they rely solely upon technology such as blockchain technology which provides security for users when making payments using digital currencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) etc. That’s why many people said that Crypto is Ponzi. But isn’t fiat not backed by anything (perhaps govt who issue it)?

Conclusion

There are many different ways to analyze cryptocurrency and we have only covered a few of them. This is not an exhaustive list, but it should help you get started on your own analysis.

The new world of Decentralized finance (DeFi)

Posted on January 20, 2023September 27, 2023 by careyourpresent

Decentralized finance (DeFi)

Decentralized finance (DeFi) refers to the world of digital assets that are traded in a decentralized manner, without a central bank or other financial institution. It’s analogous to the traditional financial system, but without a centralized banking system. So, what does this mean for consumers and businesses? Let’s take a look at some of the biggest differences between DeFi versus traditional finance:

DeFi stands for decentralized finance.

Decentralized finance (DeFi) is a new way of managing your money. It’s different from the traditional financial system because it does not work with banks or other centralized institutions. Instead, DeFi relies on computers and algorithms to keep track of transactions in a network of computers around the world—a decentralized network.

DeFi projects allow you to create your own digital currency or token and use it to make payments using smart contracts, which are computer programs that automatically execute when certain conditions are met. You can also use DeFi as an investment vehicle by buying tokens for rewards like interest payments or returns on investments as well as for goods or services offered by others who accept these currencies.

The most popular examples of DeFi today include MakerDAO and Compound Finance, but there are hundreds more being built every day across all areas where financial transactions take place: lending, payments processing and more!

DeFi is analogous to the traditional financial system, but without a centralized banking system.

DeFi is a decentralized version of the traditional financial system. DeFi allows users to transact with each other without needing a centralized bank. Instead, it uses protocols and applications built on top of Ethereum or other blockchain networks. The Ethereum-based protocols used in DeFi are known as “smart contracts” because they automatically execute when certain conditions are met; these smart contracts can be customized by anyone who wants to build an application on top of them (instead of having to go through legal paperwork).

The biggest differences of DeFi compared to the traditional financial system.

Decentralized finance (DeFi) is a financial system that does not use banks or any centralized authority. Instead, it consists of peer-to-peer transactions between users through the use of smart contracts. This means that all transactions happen directly between individuals who know and trust each other, without the need for third parties such as banks or payment processors.

Decentralization has many advantages over traditional banking systems, which are controlled by central authorities and require middlemen to settle transactions between buyers and sellers:

  • No centralized banking system
  • Decentralized – no middlemen
  • Peer to peer – no central authority/bank

Are there risks in DeFi?

The risks of DeFi are present in any new financial product, but they’re more pronounced with DeFi. As I mentioned above, while there’s no regulatory oversight at the moment (and probably won’t be any time soon), there are some things that you can do to protect yourself as a user.

  • Decentralized finance is still very new and evolving—which means not all protocols are secure yet or even stable enough for daily use. Some of them may have bugs in their code that haven’t been discovered yet, or could lead to an attack on the network.

Does this mean that banks are going away?

No, this does not mean that banks are going away. Banks will still exist and have a role to play in the future. They can be custodians for the crypto world and provide services to their clients who are interested in crypto assets. Banks are still needed to provide financial services to the masses who don’t want anything more than a savings account or credit card with some spending power on it.

One of the reasons I love blockchain and cryptocurrencies is that they raise awareness of new problems that we haven’t seen before.

One of the reasons I love blockchain and cryptocurrencies is that they raise awareness of new problems that we haven’t seen before. DeFi is a perfect example: a new type of financial system, a new way to think about money, finance, and much more.

Conclusion

The DeFi movement is still in its early stages, but I’m excited to see what happens next. As with any new technology, there are risks involved and it will take time for people to get comfortable with the idea that their money is safe when it’s not under the control of a central authority. It also takes time for developers to build solutions that are easy enough for most people to use without extensive training or prior knowledge about decentralized systems. But as long as we keep pushing forward with innovation towards more efficient ways of doing things like sending money around the world at almost no cost – then anything is possible!

When you are young and working, you exchange time for money. When you are old, you can have lots of money but you can’t buy time back, especially the things that you have missed while busying striking out in career. Of course, if you love your career, and consciously know that you are missing out the first time your child walk or talk, that’s ok, but if you are the other spectrum, please do something about it.

Always productive VS always not productive

Posted on January 18, 2023September 27, 2023 by careyourpresent

Being productive (always)

We are used to being known to be productive (must do something) for every single second of our life and investment. Otherwise, we would feel uncomfortable and feeling waste of time and life.

This is because we think it’s our duty to do it instead of enjoying life. However, we should care for every second of our lives because time passes by so fast that one day you will wake up and see your life has gone without accomplishing anything.

You should know that there is no need to be productive all the time. If you want to live your life fully then you should know what is going on in your present and future so that you can make better decisions regarding investments or anything else.

Know your present.

It’s important to know your present. Knowing what is happening now will help you make better decisions, be more successful, and care for others.

Why? Because there is no need to be productive. When you’re in the present moment, there’s no need for productivity because everything is happening right now! You don’t have to worry about being productive or not—you can just be happy and content with what’s going on around you right now!

Know your future.

The future is unknown. It’s impossible to predict what will happen, so don’t waste your time trying to figure it out.

Instead of getting anxious about the future and trying to control what you think you can’t change, let go of that burden and focus on being productive today.

Not knowing what will happen can be stressful when we are afraid of failure or success in our lives, but it also gives us room for creativity and exploration as we seek new opportunities that may not have been available before.

Be patient and plan first before you invest

There is no need to be productive for every moment of your life including investing. Investing is a long-term process, and it requires patience. You have to invest in companies/cryptos etc when the market is low or in favorable conditions, so that you can sell them later with a good return on investment. There is no need to keep buying/selling/trading every single week, or even every day.

There is no need to invest in every stock market condition.

The best time to buy a stock is when you have the funds and confidence to hold it for as long as possible.

If you’re buying with the intention of selling within a year or two, you should look at short-term opportunities instead.

Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life.

You have a finite amount of time on this earth. You can’t do everything, nor should you try to. Be happy with the life you have now, not the one in your head or the one from some movie or someone else’s story. If it isn’t working for you now, change it! Don’t worry about what might happen tomorrow; enjoy today for all that it has to offer. Your family and friends are what matter most—if they aren’t important to you then your life isn’t worth living anyway!

Don’t let other people’s stories get in the way of yours; don’t compare yourself or your accomplishments with theirs because at least half of those stories won’t turn out like they had hoped anyways (and another few hundred will fail before they even start). Instead focus on living your own story; find out who YOU really are and make decisions based off what makes YOU happy rather than what anyone else thinks would make YOU happy based off their experiences which may not apply directly to YOUR situation anyway…you get where I am going here right?

Be happy.

The first step to being happy is learning to be happy with what you have. If you can’t find happiness in your current situation, then what future situation will make you happy?

It’s much easier to find things to complain about than it is to find things that are right with the world. It’s hard not to compare yourself with others and wish for more than you have, but that doesn’t mean that it’s a good idea or that there isn’t something better out there for everyone. Everyone has different needs and desires, so it would be impossible for everyone’s lives or lifestyles to match up perfectly.

Instead of focusing on what other people are doing in their lives (or worrying about all of the possibilities), focus on yourself and how your life could be better now instead of always thinking about how it might be someday down the line when certain things happen, if ever at all!

Care your life, your family and your friends, then you will be happy.

The key to being productive is to care about your life and the people around you. If you are happy, then it will be easy to be productive. It is not necessary to be doing official work to be productive.

I want my readers to enjoy their lives, and I want them to have fun with it all. I don’t feel like having a “life hack” for being productive would help anyone in any way. You should care about your life, not just make it more productive!

Life’s really short. Life’s really beautiful. You’ve got to live it to the fullest.

The thing is, life’s really short. Life’s really beautiful. You’ve got to live it to the fullest.

Sometimes we get caught up in this productivity thing—this idea that we need to be productive every single day of our lives if we want to be successful, if we want to make money, if we want anything at all. But that’s not true! And it can actually cause us a lot more stress than necessary if we’re not careful about how much time and energy we put into things that are outside of our control (like other people).

So what should you do? How can you work smarter instead of harder?

You always want to control everything in your life, but you can’t do that.

There are many things that we can control in our lives. We can control the number of times we brush our teeth each day, or how many steps it takes us to get from one place to another. We can control what we eat for dinner, or whether or not we want to go outside. As humans, this is a natural desire; as social creatures, it’s also one that benefits us greatly. But there are some things you just don’t have any power over—and sometimes even when you do have control over something, it’s still not going to go your way because of other circumstances beyond your control (like someone else’s actions).

In order to stay productive and keep yourself sane during those times when bad things happen and no amount of planning will help alleviate them (like losing your job or getting ill), it’s essential that you let go of these external forces and accept them as they come into play in your life at any given time.

You know how it feels when things go wrong.

There is no need to be productive.

You know how it feels when things go wrong. You can’t control the weather, or other people’s actions, or your health, or your future, or your past. What will happen next? It’s easy in these times to feel like there is nothing you can do but try harder and work longer hours—which only makes things worse! When we give ourselves a break from our worries and let go of expectations and perfectionism (and maybe even a little bit of guilt), we become more relaxed in our lives and more willing to take action on our goals.

Care your present and enjoy life

If you’re a highly-productive person, it’s important to remember that you can’t control everything. You can’t be productive all the time, and your productivity may only last for a few hours at a time before you need to recharge. It’s important to take care of yourself by making sure that you’re getting enough rest and relaxation in your life—you need both in order to feel good and be happy!

It’s also important not to worry about things that are out of your control—if something isn’t going as planned, don’t worry about it too much because worrying won’t help anything! Instead of worrying about problems when they come up (or even before they come up!), focus on enjoying what is happening now so those moments won’t pass without being appreciated.

There is no need to be productive for every moment of your life

There is no need to be productive for every moment of your life. There are those moments when you are working on something that matters and that’s great, but there are also times when you just want to relax or play around with a new idea and there’s nothing wrong with that. Don’t waste your time on things that don’t matter and don’t care about other people’s opinions because they’re not going to live your life for you. Do what makes you happy and if it doesn’t work out then at least you tried and learned something from it (even if it’s just how much harder it is than expected).

Careyourpresent and don’t need to be productive every single moment

There is no need to be productive for every moment of your life. You can be productive when you need to be, but if you’re not in the mood, then don’t worry about it. Work when it’s time to work and relax when there’s nothing else on your mind other than enjoying yourself. Finally, remember to Care Your Present!
